I’ve always been someone who likes to see how things work. Whether it’s wood, metal, or coffee beans, I believe the best things are built by hand. At The Caffeinated Craftsman, there are no giant industrial silos or automated factory lines. It’s just me, a small-batch roaster, and a constant pursuit to make things better. I focus on low-volume roasting because it allows me to treat coffee like a trade, not a commodity. When you buy a bag, you’re getting something that was timed, tasted, and packaged by the same set of hands.
